All Guests must present a Government Issued ID.
You will also be asked to provide a confirmed email address, phone number, payment information, and agreement to House Rules.

- Not suitable for children (2-12 years)
- Not suitable for infants (under 2 years)

- Smoking allowed in designated areas

House Rules
- Must Climb Stairs
- All bedrooms located on the second floor, accessible from Main Lobby stairs or Servant’s stairs.
- Potential for Noise
- Some windows are original, and you can hear the distant humming of the Missouri Railway.
- Pets Live on the Property
- Wyatt (Weimaraner/Lab) and Kassie (Australian Border Collie/Golden). They do not frequent the family part of the house, except the TV room (black and white room), and never in the North Bedrooms for those with allergies.
- Some spaces are shared
- All space is shared space except for private bedrooms, unless you have coordinated a whole house rental.
- Wi-Fi access
- Fiber – Guest network available on entire property.
- Amenity Limitations
- Limited hot water. Be mindful of water pressure while others shower.

- Check In Time: 3 PM – 8 PM
- Check Out: 11 AM
- Cancellation: No refund seven (7) days prior to arrival.
- Property is under surveillance 24/7 in all open public shared spaces. Private bedrooms are not monitored.
